Talking To A Woman For The First Time: Are You In Relationship With Anyone?

When we talk about "how to meet women" and "men and relationships", the first conversation with a female is an area I often receive questions about. In particular, what do you do if you make a great first encounter with someone you are interested in only to learn that she is already relating to another person? Should you just start off each chat with "Are you in love with someone?"

Personally, I never ask a woman about her romance state. It reveals a lack of total confidence to do so. However, I read signals and flirt somewhat to find how they respond. Also just because someone is "seeing" someone doesn't suggest they are in a devoted love and aren't interested in meeting you.

Notice the signals that a girl gives you in a conversation. Is she just being courteous conversing with you or is she actually interested? If she is in a relationship she will possibly interact with you but won't attempt to create any future with you (see you later). She might be a bit aloof and get even more so when you attempt to flirt.

If a woman is specifically fascinated by you she will flirt back and give you little clues that she wants to see you in the future. She will indicate doing something or meeting or conversing or getting together. She will make a point of how she really loved chatting to you, at which point, you could suggest that you should talk again or some more and ask for her phone number.

If you are watchful you can understand very quickly if a female is flirting with you or if she is just being polite. Now if she is interested in you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing somebody else, you will generally score a few points with her.
